WES 2009 MUI(2)：How to Add the IME to OS

1、Add Chinese - Simplified Language Support 

2、Add Microsoft Simplified Chinese Legacy IMEs component

3、Add Microsoft Simplified Chinese IME Core component

3. Run the Dependency Check.

4. Build the image

5. Copy built image from development PC to Target device.

6. Reset Target device to do FBA

7. After FBA, you can logon the Target device

8. After logon, we can see the IME
