1、Add Chinese - Traditional Language Support component

2、Add Chinese - Traditional Language Support

3、Set the Regional and Language Options configure in Chinese - Traditional

4、Run the Dependency Check.

5、Build the image

6、Copy built image from development PC to Target device.

7、Reset Target device to do FBA

8、After FBA, you can logon the Target device
