Windows Embedded 8.1 Industry Update 安裝MUI

In this paper, I will show how to add a language pack from downloading by network.

Step 1、Download Language pack

1、Click Control PanelàAdd a language

2、Click  "Add a language"

3、Select "Japanese"

4、Click "Options" of Input method: Microsoft IME

5、Click "Download and install language pack"

6、Download Language Pack

Step 2、 Chnage system locale to Japanese

1、Select "location"

2、Chnage system locale -->Japanese Japanese

3、Restart PC

Step 3、To set the Japanese language to primary language

1、Move up the Japanese language to primary language

2、Sign off

3、Sign in, then Check the Start menu and desktop UI
