安裝和使用Windows Embedded POSReady 7的File Based Write Filter Management Tool(UI介面)

File Based Write Filter Management Tool

File Based Write Filter Management Toolpackage
DISM /online /add-package /packagepath:< package

FBWF WMI Provider
WinEmb-FBWF-WMI-Provider.cab package

DISM /online /add-package /packagepath:< package

Windows6.1-KB2570814-x64.msu

Note
KB2570814 fixes the following issues:
·         FBWFAPI by design does not allow multiple commands to be executed at the same time and it returns a clear error. The fix introduces locks in the File Based Write Filter (FBWF) Provider's FBWFAPI calls, and all parallel requests will get served without errors returned.
·         The cache detail (changed or added files in the FBWF cache) file can be flushed from the cache in the timespan between FbwfCacheDetail instantiation and property data gathering, which results in property data gathering returning an unexpected error.
·         The event notification threshold values in FBWF are inverted.

File Based Write Filter Management Tool for Windows Embedded POSReady 7

File Based Write Filter Management Tool
File Based Write Filter Management Tool

  • 開啟File Based Write Filter Management Tool,按"configure…"

  • 開始configure File Based Write Filter

Note
This out–of-band feature provides an application to monitor and configure the "File Based Write Filter (FBWF)". By default the application will start on system start and will register a notification area icon. The settings, however, allow suppressing the automatic starting. The tool can be started with a command line parameter to open either the overview dialog or (for users with administrative privileges) the configuration dialog. If the tool is started with a command line parameter, the tool will exit as soon as the respective dialog is closed.

If the tool has registered a tray icon, hovering over the icon will show a tooltip containing the protected volumes. If a command is pending for a volume, it will be shown as well. Left-clicking on the icon or selecting "Status…" from its context menu opens the overview dialog with more detailed information about the file based write filter configuration. Users with administrative privileges or credentials can open the configuration dialog by selecting "Configure…" from the icons context menu.

The File Based Write Filter Management Tool has a dependency on the File Based Write Filter Provider. This Provider ships with all versions of POSReady7. However there is an update to the originally shipped Provider that must be installed.

Specifically, the File Based Write Filter Management Tool has a dependency on version 6.1.7601.21769 or greater of the File Based Write Filter Provider. Version 6.1.7601.21769 of the File Based Write Filter Provider is available from the download center via KB2570814. KB2570814 was also released in the July-2011 Optional Update Supplement for Windows Embedded Standard 7, Windows Embedded Standard 7 SP1 and Windows Embedded POSReady7.
